New Extension Pending to Publish 2 weeks

Hello Extensions Review Team,

I submitted "RT Responsive Price Table" on 6 Sep. Got a reply in 11 Sep to change name from XML or submit ticket to then for name change to original name "RT Price Table".

I submitted ticket then 17 Sep I got another reply But I don't see name is changed and still Extension is Pending not published.

"Hello TechLabPro,

Your JED extension RT Responsive Price Table has been updated.

Any Extensions Reviewer here can you please check?

Hi, Thanks for reaching out!

We are processing the queue in the fastest possible that volunteers can answer.

Every extension must be checked, replied and followed until it is finally published or rejected.

We start the process with a simple name check (where many developers fail to call the JED entry like the installed extension ), and we follow with several iterations on JED Checker output https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/jedchecker/. Finally, if we find discrepancies, we have to read the source code.

Overall, the whole process takes time. Additionally, we answer support tickets from the approved extensions (among other tasks).

Finally, for us to better assist you, please do not submit multiple tickets per issue. Duplicate requests will slow down response time and may delay resolution. We recommend that you do not update tickets unless it is absolutely necessary. Updated tickets are automatically sent to the end of the processing queue.

Thanks for your answer.

This is my 9th no Extension on JED yes before submit I checked with JEDChecker and all is ok no problem.

My issue was in name original name was "RT Price Table" In Listing I did "RT Responsive Price Table" as per first feedback I submitted ticket (Sep 11, 2017) to request name change to original name "RT Price Table" see below feedback.

"The install name of your extension (RT Price Table") doesn't match the listing name (RT Responsive Price Table). Please update the name in your xml/language files or request for the listing name to be changed."

Yes I only submit 1 ticket and waiting for that reply...

Great. I'll recheck it as soon as possible. There are only 10 extensions before your ticket.

I'm going to try a "novel" approach. I submitted a new extension for approval about six days ago. I'll see how long it takes for my new extension to be listed (without also sending a "ticket" to remind the JED team about it).

Normally no need ticket if they found any issue like my component name don't match so need to submit ticket otherwise it will approve within 1 week.

Just to let people know, my extension (submitted for listing on 24 September) has now appeared on the JED (10 days later) without me using the JED "ticket system". Thanks
