Extensions tickets and submission of new extensions

Hi,

Extensions tickets
I would like to know if anyone is monitoring the tickets at - extensions.joomla.org. Everytime I submit a ticket, nobody responds until I create a thread here. Is this the expectation?
If you need help, I can volunteer to assist with the tickets.

submission of new extensions
We have a couple of old extensions that were unpublished due to broken links as my site url changed. We dont plan to relist them for a month or two but we have 5 new free extensions that are ready to be contributed.
The problem is the extensions.joomla site does not let us submit a new extension because we have old extensions that are unpublished. This does not seem practical at all. We all have products that become unpopular and dormant but we develop new products that could be useful to people. How can we add our new extensions ?

We monitor all tickets to answer them in 7 days.

On Sunday, I processed all waiting extensions; and we try our best to process all of them every week.

So, please, if you have not received an email, please, send us a ticket to know the status of your extension. Or, post a reply with the ticket number in this topic:
