Disappearing reviews (still) (again) (sigh)

Guys,

It's disheartening when your users tell you "Jomres team, thanks for your great product, we've left a review for you on the JED" just to see that it's once again disappeared.

I've had this happen at least twice this year, if not more. I'm so sick and tired of it, I've given up counting.

Isn't there anything that can be done to get a grip of the problem?

Hi,

We are always on our fight against spam reviews.

A regular user can submit a review that looks like spam (e.g. copy-pasting a text), so it is going to be flagged and unpublished.

Please, submit a ticket to reported reviews to manually check it.

I wont address your comment, because I've said all I think that needs to be said on the subject. The numbers speak for themselves.

I will, however take a moment to thank Jaz publicly for having the patience to watch me throw my teddy out of my pram, and then take steps to fix the issue I was grumbling about.
