Unable to review extension(s)

Hi there,

I'm a long-standing user of the JED, and up until now, have been able to submit reviews without a problem.

Unfortunately, now I receive a message stating that:
"Security checks determined you may be using an IP masking service or VPN. To continue, you need a different internet connection."

As I am using neither a masking service or VPN, is there any way to have my public, static (and unchanged in 10+ years) IP address whitelisted?

Hi,

We have been improving the review system to avoid receiving reviews that can't be approved.

The system is detecting an issue in your connection that it matches spam cases. It could be not directly related to your individual connection, and it could be caused by a "bad neighbor" that shares the same subnetwork.

In any case, we recommend submitting the review from a different device or connection.

Same trouble here, trying to submit a review for Securitycheck Pro.
My Internet connection is a Comcast Business cable Internet connection.

That is not an option for many users. They have the IP address that their isp provides them with. Your system "improving the review system to avoid receiving reviews that can't be approved" is preventing at least one genuine reveiw. And (quite probably) will be allowing more fake reviews because false reviewers are more likely to solve the problem of rejected reviews.
