Joomla Fabrik

When I go to the JED looking for the extension Fabrik, I see this message.

This extension has been unpublished for the following reason:

UR7: Under Investigation

What does it mean and when will it be published again?

But WHY is it under investigation, and how long is it going to take? This is an important extension (it powers the JED), we need to know if there is a risk associated with having it as part of a web site.

It was on the VEL - but has since been patched, and listed on the Resolved list. I would think it's up to the software developer to re-submit it to the JED.
