Hi

I dont know if I am the only one with problem to go to new JED extension developers extensions pages right now?

Confirmed. The JED [search or browse] listings do not show any active links for me as well ... however, if you know the URL for a specific extension (e.g. https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/akeeba-backup/) the links you may need are displayed there ... but you need to first know the URL for the extension!
