2) in order to publish my development on your website extensions.joomla.org, am I obliged to send you a module in pure code? or will you be able to post information about him anyway?

From JED checklist:
Generally this is not permitted, but will be considered on a case-by-case basis if obfuscation is used on the file required to verify a support license and obfuscated backlinks aren't present.

The GNU GPL at its core is the aim of freedom software. Joomla has this license therefore the JED require all extensions (extension means it extends Joomla) to make use of the GNU GPL 2 or later to be listed.

What has become acceptable is the use of GPL compatible license in libraries, but not extensions. This said, GPL compatible still means the celebration of freedom.

These freedoms are usually the freedom to run, read, distribute, and share changes.

A obfuscation around the practice of a support license does not limit any of these freedoms, but encryption of a whole module will.

Therefore it should not get listed from my perspective.
