Setting up Workflow

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to create a good workflow within Joomla where controls are set to allow for review, approval or rejection of content prior to publishing from test to production?

I'd be interested in this as well.

My current installs of J! have few contributors. The few contributors currently are set as authors. Once their article is submitted, it is checked for format and spelling (I believe this is correct), and then published. I don't believe edits are done on published articles.

I also would be interested in some sort of workflow management. The better set up workflow is the more efficient things become not to mention it could lead to recovery methods and other useful resources.
