Captivate and Joomla

Post by sdathletics » Mon Dec 31, 2007 9:47 pm

I'm using Adobe Captivate 3 to deliver activities and quizzes to my students. I have a Joomla website that I would like to do this with. I've looked into the Joomla LMS which is very much out of my price range.

I've been thinking about ways to modify Captivates email output option so that the scores/results of my quizzes ends up in my Joomla database and possibly in a custom backend component or excel spreadsheet. Therefore bypassing the need for an LMS with SCORM capabilities.

I've been to adobe and saw that some people were talking about using JS or Ajax to do this. Looking for some help or guidance.

Thanks
