This is not a solution. What about if anyone wants to use Use URL Rewriting? If the 500 error is from .htaccess then he must find in the content of the file what is the code that gives this error. He han take a fresh htaccess.txt and rename it to .htaccess and after he can check the content that he have in the old .htaccess .najdart wrote:H Just delete the .htaccess file from the public_html or renamed to _.htaccess or .htaccess1 any thing then make refresh to your site sure it will working again.
