In Set Filters for Reports,
can I change the "is one of" to "is not one of" or something else?

I tried that extension and what it seemed to me that it did was creating a report of what have happend on your website (new articles or users). So it didn't allow users to report certain articles that they thought contained errors. I might be wrong but I tried for hours setting it up.
