Just wanted to know if anyone using that service.

I usually use http://gtmetrix.com to check website performance.

GTmetrix uses Google Page Speed and Yahoo! YSlow and provides recommendations for improving performance.

Joomla isn't slow but you need to be mindful of which third party extensions and templates you use, the content you add, how Joomla is configured with GZip and cache etc and ensure the web hosting environment is properly set up too.
