Mod_jw_srfr issues

Hello...I woke up this morning to find that my site is down. when i contacted my host provider, they said i had a problem with the mod_sw_srfr modules...which are throughout my site. Once i turned all these modules off the site loads fine. How can i repair all my mod_sw_srfr modules so that they will load properly? Thank you
