Desperately need help

I have four websites using the Joomla platform and i simply edit the sites content, we paid for the sites to be set up. It now seems that someone has hacked one of my websites and some pages are displaying info on [* spam *]!! i need to resolve this asap but the guy that set my websites up is out of the country. Can anyone help??? :'(

you are in the forum for Joomla 1.0. Are you sure is the version you are using ?
