Perhaps you could investigate why despite pages being watched, notification is not received. there have been some major page changes recently where notification has not been received.

Notifications are being received normally for me. Check your spam folder?

nothing even unless the mail server is blocking at source.
even a change of mail address followed by a change of watched page didnt result in an email received.
