What is a password levelling scheme?

refers to a password levelling scheme.

Unless anyone has any idea what this means I will remove it and replace it with a suggestion to consider using 2 factor authentication.

Please remove it. I'm pretty sure i know what it means and anything that suggests reusing passwords is just plain wrong

3.2 icon?

I have changed it to remove obsolete info and add 2 factor auth but there does not seem to be a 3.2 icon (I am not good at graphics) as far as I can see.
