Contributing to Joomla docs flagged as spam

Hey all,

I've tried to contribute to the Joomla docs , but it was flagged as spam . Also tried to use the image uploader and flagged as spam also.

What is the proper way of contributing ? What constitutes as spam ? I've got this alert at the first submit.

Would apricate some help ,

Please read the advice about User:Abuse filter and reconfirm your email address. Let us know also if you can login but not edit.

It allowed me to edit, but after saving my IP got banned :/
