Need Vietnamese Language Pack for Joomla 1.0

I can't seem to find the Joomla Vietnamese Language Pack for Joomla 1.0. I can't speak or read Vietnamese - the link I have is http://www.joomlaviet.org/view-document ... .0.15.html
but that just seems to be the complete Joomla download package. Not the language pack - which is what I need.

If anybody could assist that would be great.

One does not install a font in Joomla but in the OS used.
Vietnamese unicode glyphs are present in Arial and Times among other common fonts on Windows, Mac and Linux OSes.

To use the Vietnamese language, your site has to be utf8 (see topics on Joomla 1.0.x and UTF8).
If you want a full multilingual site, you can use the Joomfish component.
If not, typing in Vietnamese or English in a utf8 site will display correctly.

It is better though to use Joomla 1.5 which is natively utf8.
In this case, the Vietnamese language files are not those above.
