Certain pages not loading in chinese?

Hi im not sure what the problem is but certain pages of a site in chinese dont load in internet explorer, i have tried pretty much everything and cannot work out why some pages load, and others dont?
the site can be seen here: http://www.ghighgroup.com/training/cn/
and a particulat page that doesnt load is: http://www.ghighgroup.com/training/cn/i ... Itemid=152
it only seems to be on the previous version of i.e in china, has anyone had any similar problems or knows what might be causing this?
