Login trouble in Joomla 1.0

Olaf: My username and password no longer allow me access to my joomla website: http://buddybowl.org/administrator/inde ... to%20login
any way to reset them? Appreciate the support.

How to reset/recover.

Please follow the steps. BTW your website is too old.
