Disable Public editing of articles??

Hi guys

Ive had a mind blank, how do I disable all my articles including the homepage one from public editing? Everyone sees the little edit icon next to the title :(

Only authors or above are able to edit. There is no public editing. Moving to General Questions.

Are you sure your users are NOT authors \ Editors? Have a look in the backend. Perhaps you can change the permissions there.
