upload filke pictures from my Pc

I try to upload some pictures from my PC to the media manager of Joomla 3.3.6 Stable 01-October-2014
it says

Warning
Warning: Failed to move file!
and
Error
Unable to upload file.
the file size are 158 Ko (162 124 octets)
please advise and help me and give me your comment

- check file size upload of your server
- check type file from media option

- also check if the folders are writable with 755 permissions.

The solution was that we should have set the folders and files permissions to 755 and 644 respectively.
AND IT WORKS NOW

I have a problem, how I can delete an article on my Control Panel

I tryd to put in trash but the article is still as alias when I add the same article as new.
