User management - Existant email

Hi all,

I hope see in some other version this useful option :
Add possibility to admin to allowed/or not adding user who use an existant e-mail adress in database.

Lot of my users haven't e-mail, and have to use the same e-mail adress, for my management of document.

You can set registration parameters to NOT require a unique email address.
It's in global configuration.

It's wrong, in 1.5 and 1.6 this option don't exist, or i don't see them since begin of joomla1.5, and all others i ask, same.

If you have the answer can you make a screen. Because i do'nt see them evrywhere.

Ahhh, I stand corrected!, It is actually Community Builder that has that as an option.
