Administrator login does not show

A jhsplash plugin was added to my college's website, the warning below appears.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JAdministrator::getBody() in /home/content/84/11317284/html/plugins/system/jhsplashscreen/jhsplashscreen.php on line 37

I just started working for the college and they asked me to fixed it.I cannot revert the error, and I followed online solutions, but failed to help me. This website was build by another IT guy, and he did not do any backup and he passed away already.

I tried to access the administrator login page, the same warning appears. what should i do? Please help me. Any help from you guys would be very much appreciated.

Are you still using 1.0? It went EOL more than 5 years
In phpmyadmin find the Plugin in the Plugin table and set published=0
