Cannot login to admin

I haven't logged into the admin of my website for several months. When trying to login, I get "Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet." I've never had an issue before. Username and password is autosaved but I also tried logging in from another window and typing in the username and password. I get the same message. Any ideas?

Are you really using Joomla 1.0? This version have not been supported the last 10 years. Latest update (1.0.15) was in February 2008.

I don't if this will work, as it does not cover version 1.0.
