I'm looking for a ready made Joomla Address Book module covering details as are printed on visiting cards.

Yes, one of the extension posted above has been removed (unpublished) from the JED.

But you can use SOBI2:

It is by far the best Directory component for Joomla. You can use it as a Yellow Pages, White Pages or address Book. Also it can cover details as are printed on visiting cards. It has a great VCARD template.
