Need assistance in developing joomla component

I have study some simple joomla component like hello world. i am new in joomla. i need help to develop joomla component.

the component which i am going to develop have following requirement
1- Admin can add form for student registration
2- Admin can edit form
3- Admin can view, edit, publish, unpublished, and delete the student

client/student fill the form and submit with different criteria you can get idea from
