Joomla 1.5.17 URDU manu names conversts to ??????

Salaam and HELLO

My website is www.harunyahya.af

I created some menus in urdu, they were showing OK, but after i updated my Joomla from 1.5.16 to 1.5.17, all the menu names changed to ????

If now i create a new urdu or arabic menu, for example پاکستان, it automatically changed to ????????

Please help me.

plz check what is your default lang set?
