Need Joomla based theme but Whatmobile design

Hello i want to make a website on mobile niche target audience is Pakistan. one of top pakistani mobiles websites are Whatmobile.

i need whatmobile type website design please help me and share me theme or template like whatmobile

Basically designs should like to cover Mobile industry. to get more website visit and good user experience

I think WhatMobile has some other platform than joomla or wordpress. However I can build a website similar to this one on joomla.
