Beez-20 Template Logo Cut by Padding

Hi guys,

I'm newbie, first time create website using CMS.

I'm using the default template from Joomla 1.7 and found some issue that I cannot solve bymyself.

I insert the company logo in the empty little space above left (Sinar Kencana), because the logo have a quite big size so I edit the padding in personal.css file, after I modify the padding value it caused the space of the top-magrin shift down, my logo is half cut, so it means it did not enlarge the top-margin space but only shifting down the top-margin.

Need suggestion how to solve this issue.
