Coba perhatikan pada file configuration.php pada baris berikut:
public $log_path = '/home/xxx/public_html/logs';
public $tmp_path = '/home/xxx/public_html/tmp';

pastikan lokasinya sudah sesuai dengan lokasi server yang anda miliki.
