my web site http://prime-position.ch/ today im transer this web site old my server to new plesk panel and im put the db and related data in configuration.php but i can't view site, pleas help me. what can i do for this

A blank page indicates a php error. Turn on error reporting so you can see the error. Joomla 1.0 may also not work with newer php versions.

2) There is a "open_basedir" setting on the server that prevents the file from loading.
