Stupid Me

Joomla! was recommended to me by a friend. He said (because I am new at CMS) that 1.5 would be easier for me to learn. I looked at his 1.1, and I agreed. So I uploaded the files, but forgot to tell the installer to include sample material. Thinking I could fix it (here comes the stupid part), I deleted the SQL database, and re-created it. I now get an errpr (duh):
jtablesession::store failed
DB function failed with error number 1146
Table 'htdefiant_cms.jos_session' doesn't exist SQL=INSERT INTO jos_session ( `session_id`,`time`,`client_id` ) VALUES ( 'e8e8f943892b61569790835401f3f60e','1164940036','0' )
Is there any way to start over without re-uploading?

Try deleting the configuration.php file that will be in the folder you installed Joomla! in.  That should fix it.
