Suggestion for category tree and ACL system for joomla

For now,Joomla just supports for 1 depth category tree(Sections/Categories),when we need to create categories more than 1 depth,we've no idea.

and second,If we need to limit a member to access a special component and module,we still have no ideas,right?

So...I suggest to fix these 2 problems in the next version and I would like to help implementing that.
