Need Joomla & Extension that match with my website service.

Dear Joomla Support Team,

As i plan to buildup a website to provide all services and products through online with Joomla CMS, so could you guide me on how can i get joomla support and extension, also i can rent them to code joomla's extension that match with my website's requirement?

Question:
1- I know joomla is free but Joomla have a comercial version or not? Joomla have to pay for service support or not?
2- I have seen joomla's extension but it's doesn't match with my website requirement, so where can i get a rent code? i mean i want them to modify there extension match my site.

We don't have a commercial version, everybody gets the same package. The project itself is not doing any commercial activities for clients, that is provided by the community itself.
