migrator.zip 1.0 - 1.5 ...

I do realize I am a bit late in the game... but I need the migrator.zip file... I can't find this anywhere.
I've been pretty spooked to upgrade to 1.5, I am afraid something will go wrong, the links would get messed up and there goes my 12 years of work and 25000 articles.
The links won't get messed up, all links would stay the same?
If someone does find the migrator.zip file, that'd be great. i spent 2 hrs trying to find it with no luck.

migrator not installed, maybe trouble in Encoding (windows-1251) ???

Folder in components/com_migrator - available, but is Empty !
