Order Status

Hi Wendy,

Could you help me out with the status of my order?

The package's Customs ID is LN043040333US
The tracking information for this item was received by the US Postal Service at 9:15 PM on 05/14/2010, but the item has not yet been scanned in the mailstream...
I understand that my order would take 2-3 weeks for delivery, but if it still has not been scanned in the mailstream, I doubt it will make here anytime soon.

Hi There,

Sorry to hear about the shipping delay. The best I can suggest at this point is to submit a support ticket with Print Mojo, our supplier: https://www.printmojo.com/pm/help/index.php and hopefully they can get hold of customs to find out what the hold up is.

As our arrangement with them is that they handle all shipping matters, i don't have the access I would need to be able to track your shipment anymore then you are able to.

If you could submit a ticket and then let me know how it goes, I'd appreciate it. Happy to try and step in if that doesn't work out, but they are usually quite prompt in responding to our customers.

Hi Wendy,

Thank you for taking the time to reply.
I have submitted a ticket and got an answer already. (That was fast!)
Even though they provided me with tracking info, the Customer Service informed me now that my chosen shipping method "does not offer any tracking capabilities", which is somewhat confusing.
Waiting is what I am left with. I will then wait for the time I am expected to.
Can't wait to put my new Joomla! shirt on though. :D

My order has been delivered.
I'm very happy with the "between 2-3 weeks delivery" rule.
The products are better quality than expected for the price paid!

Even though they provided me with tracking info, the Customer Service informed me now that my chosen shipping method "does not offer any tracking capabilities",
lol there is only 2 options for shipping :

one at 5 or 10 bucks, and the other one 20 - 25 bucks (from where I am living (Quebec City, Canada))

that`s the bad side of the shop, from my opinion!
