Internal Server Error despite memory fixes

Hi, I'm trying to install CivicCRM and I've tried changing memory size and everything that's been recommended on these posts but I'm still getting Internal Server Error.

I set the limits waaay up and I still get this error.
Any ideas?

apologies for the delayed reply. i dont check the sub forum often enough

can u check the apache error logs and see what error u r getting. Internal Server Error does not give us much to go on
