[non issue] -Problem with mod_mainmenu

I had updated to a nightly about a week ago and didn't notice until today that y main menu links weren't working.  They just reload the home page.  So I updated to the latest nightly build and the problem still exists.  I am using SEO and have both Search Engine Friendly URLs and Use Apache mod_rewrite set to yes.  My .htaccess is correct, as far as I can tell too.  This was all working before.  I think it was the 08-15 nightly when the problem appeared.  I can set Use Apache mod-rewrite to no and links work, but with index.php in the url. 

Any idea how to fix this.

Okay.  I must be crazy.  i swear it wasn't working yesterday    And it didn't work on 2 sites of mine which are at the same host... I think it is all good now.  I have tested on a couple of browsers, but will test on a couple of more soon.  Must have been a server issue...
