media26.com is stealing joomla.

They have used it to create their own closed source CMS they call TOPS.  They are selling it and not releasing their extensions and modifications to the public.  These guys are thieves and don't even inform their own customers that they are using an open source product.

Their product is called TOPS, I was a victim of their scam and as such have a copy of the CMS they sell.  I would be happy to give you access to the code they sold me so you could prove it is stolen open source.

I look forward to hearing from someone at joomla.

By the way I understand that selling open source software does not violate the GPL, however these guys are violating it.  They have modified the code and created extensions that have not been GPL'd  They also removed the GPL notices from the product.

I also know one who is stealing Joomla CMS. Moreover, they call it their own name and sell it for huge amount of money! And take all credits for the wonderful work that was made by Joomla!!

Very unfair!!! I realized that it is stolen and I am very sad that people "buy" their product.

I guess it is the same situation as with previous post... I can give all further details, if needed...
