I've tried to register my domain and logo use request at here

But it seems the form is not available this time, so can you process for me at forum

As per instructions

Trademark Forms
The Trademark name and logo registration forms are currently not available.

We are moving the registrations forms over to the new system that will help us to process submissions faster, and will have the benefit that you can check on the progress of a Trademark application.

Hi,
i've the same "problem"
i would like to have the permission to use Joomla logo and Name in a website to avoid any kind of trouble, i've sent the request some month ago but the reqeuest is still without answer.
in your opinion can i use the Joomla Name and Logo?

I'd really like to know too. It's been 6 months of waiting and no information. Would be great if Open Source Matters can give us an E.T.A for the new system as the lack of information is depressing!!! Please let us know. Even a short update to the message currently on the request page would help us all!
