RS Forms / Global Configuration / From email address... HELP

Ok, to cut a long story short. My company have taken over the administration of Joomla website and it has landed in my lap. I'm a print designer mostly who knows a little about html/joomla etc.

The website we have inherited uses RS forms for two different contact forms. The client is complaining that when she receives an email from the website it comes from her own email address ie. client@clients_site.com. Rather than coming from the email address of the person who actually filled in the contact form ie. [email protected].

Being a novice I have no idea is there is anything I can alter settings wise or coding wise to sort this out.

Any ideas?

In short - if you have an email address in your form, you should be able to use the placeholder {emailaddress} in the "From" field, which you will find on the emails tab when you edit your form in admin.
