404(Not Found) error in webmaster tool

Hi everybody

there are some Not Found Errors in Google Webmaster Tool
Please see attached snapshot for errors

That all url's are from com_docman and com_bids component and com_docman is disabled and com_bids doesn't exist anywhere in CPanel
But both component related tables exist in my Database like

jos_bids_auct_payments
jos_bids_fields
jos_docman
jos_docman_groups
jos_docman_history

even i deleted that urls from sh404sef but then also it is generating them again as component not enabled now

what is the solution for this?
