Cricket Statistics

I am looking for a component which will help me display cricket scores, fixtures & results, and averages on my website. The main idea is to be able to input the scorecard from the latest match, which will then update career statistics for the players involved.

Is there anything at all out there? Otherwise I may just have to figure out one for myself, which is a scary prospect.

I'm looking for the same - there's one for Xoops and that's all I could find - not even a standalone PHP script (plenty for football, hockey etc!!)

It was written for hockey but I'm sure it can be adapted

What happens when you try?  Are you selecting the release files and then clicking download selected files?  Give us some info on how you're going about doing what you want to do, and any errors you're getting, so we can be more helpful.

I get an error message about line 48 in the installed component...Please correct me if im wrong but do i have to do any script changes to install the component?

No!  You don't even have to unzip the component to install it.  That's why I'm so confused.  So, you said first that you're trying to download it.  Did you get that part done?  Are you installing it now?
