Documentation update

Sorry for my lack of involvement in the team. Business growth and a lack of time are my only excuse.

We are about to revamp our end user documentation taking into consideration many of the questions our clients ask. This will no doubt be of use once it's done as it's dealing with real world non tech users and their issues. We will make  this available under the creative commons once it's ready (three to four weeks)
