Upgrading from ASP.NET 1.1 platform to ASP.NET 2.0

I have Joomla 1.5.23 running on an ASP.NET 1.1 platform in Go Daddy. If I upgrade it to ASP.NET 2.0 will I have problems with my sites built in Joomla 1.5.23?

Joomla run on PHP, not ASP. The version of ASP will have no effect as it's not used.
