[Solved] Template Increased

Hi !
As you can see here: http://eba-stats.com/ I suceeded to increase the right column to the desired width... but also with the help of the map of ?tp=1, I can not increase the
poweredby_inner (I increase the width from 166 to 300 in the css, but it not helps... the picture goes below ) and the upper right line where you select the language... (I can not see with ?tp=1 what user is !... perhaps 4 but I don't find it in the css...)

Where in the index or the css of the template rhuk_solarflare_ii, can I increase those widths ?
