permision denied when trying to download with registration

I get problems trying to download this extension: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... ation/4079 and when i tried to setup and account with my fresh email account a get the permission denied when triyng to download - my email is not in botscout.com

It looks like the download is not available at the moment. You might want to contact the the developer to find out where to download it.
