monitor not working

monitor not working

I am not able to monitor a tracker item. This has worked for me in the past, with the same email address, but it has stopped working. I have re-toggled the Monitor link, and it still doesn't work. I also created a new user login, using a different email address, and it still doesn't work.

This is the item I would like to monitor:

Hey JC... I did get the notification... albeit after a 15 minutes wait. Can you confirm that you did or did not eventually receive the message?

Try clicking "Stop monitoring" and then click "Monitor item". Sometimes a reset of your preference helps. I have my doubts that this will work for you, but it is worth a shot.

I already did that and it didn't work. I also created a new login, using a different email address, and that didn't work either.
