(Solved) User search

I feel like an absolute idiot for asking this, but, how on Earth do I make it so users can search for other users?  (i.e. search for a username)  The search function at my site is only searching site content.  Is there a configuration I'm missing or an extension I need to install?  I'm using CB, in case that matters.
